Starting June 2, CVRD Electoral Area residents can use their yellow glass bin every four weeks to dispose of glass bottles and jars according to their curbside collection schedule. Visit the Curbside Collection Overview page to see the guidelines for successful collection.

Accepted Materials

The CVRD's glass collection service is a part of the Recycle BC program, which has local end-markets in Abbotsford and Quesnel to recycle glass bottles and jars into new bottles, sandblasting material and construction aggregate.

Please keep glass bottles and jars clean and do not bag them.
