ADDENDUM 1 - Issued September 18, 2018 - Clarifies scope of work, schedule and budget.
The CVRD is seeking design services for the Cobble Hill Sewer Integration Expansion Project. The CVRD operates two small sewer systems in the Cobble Hill area; the Cobble Hill Sewer System and the Twin Cedars Sewer System. The Cobble Hill treatment plant is nearing the end of its life cycle and is needing replacement. The Cobble Hill Integration and Effluent Re-use Expansion Project will combine these two sewer systems into one.
This RFP requests civil design services for the necessary upgrades to both sewer systems as well as conceptual drawings for servicing to expand the service area to include the existing CVRD-owned Maple Hills sewer system and servicing of properties fronting the proposed sewer main.
A non-mandatory site meeting will be held Friday, September 21 at 9:00 a.m. local time, at the Twin Cedars Waste Water Treatment Facility located at 1413 Hutchinson Road.
