The Cowichan Region hosts several annual winter and summer bonspiels,  including regional and BC provincial championships. In January 2017, the Duncan Curling Rink was the competitive stage for the province's top women curlers at the BC Scotties Tournament of Hearts.

Kerry Park Recreation Centre, in South Cowichan, offers a regulation size ice arena, a four-sheet curling rink, two meeting spaces (capacity up to 120), full service food and beverage department for on/off site catering.The season starts in mid September for the annual mixed summer spiel seeing teams from all over Vancouver Island and afar.

 This four-sheet curling facility in the town of Lake Cowichan his home to annual winter and summer bonspiels including regional and BC provincial championships. There are three separate viewing areas overlooking the ice, and complete kitchen facilities.

Glen Harper Curling Centre

The Duncan Curling Club, located at the Glen Harper Curling Centre, boasts five sheets with viewing areas and banquet facilities in the upstairs lounge area. There is also a concession, catering and small Pro Shop. The centre was the venue chosen for the 2017 BC Scotties Tournament of Hearts Ladies Championships.
